![]() ![]() A dark mage and ninja came pouring out of the woods, causing us to redouble our efforts to burn the woodland. As well defended as the paired up duo was, they could not withstand Effie’s pure strength, and Odin followed up severely wounding the remaining foe. Xander and his company moved along the bridge north to lure two mechanists out of the woods. As Selena cleared out the remaining samurai, I ordered Siegbert to remain in the fort where he’d be safest from attacks like the approaching falcon knight - who could do little to his fortified position. A Falcon Knight and Kinshi Knight flew down to intercept Elise and company, only to be met by Keaton’s incredibly effective claws, and even gained a Vulnerary from the fallen opponent. Selena and I moved up to finish up the dark knight that Siegbert was tackling, as he dispatched one of the samurai in the area from his fort. ![]() On the other side, Xander moved up to burn up the second Dragon Vein near the bridge, sealing off the area from reinforcements. Felicia, Kaze, Beruka and Keaton cleared up the remaining spear master and inquisitive samurai as Elise activated the first Western Dragon Vein, being wary of the fliers up North. Already, reinforcements were appearing near some of the Dragon Veins, which meant we needed to move quicker. The Western team moved as one, using each other as backup to take out the master of arms duo together, and Beruka moved up to take out their lone magic user. After taking them out, we moved further up to the next Dragon Vein while I cut through the woods toward Siegbert, who was already fending off a dark knight and some samurai who were getting too close. I moved ahead first to activate the first vein, while Xander brought Effie up to the two magic users to skewer them, along with Peri and Odin. " Elise led a team up the West end along with Silas, and two other groups, while Xander and I headed East, and made sure to swing by Siegbert who had taken refuge in a nearby fort to fend off attackers. ![]()
